"They were clean, tidy and kept in contact with progress and anything that required decisions. The guy gave us a breakdown of what he was going to do with a price for doing it, and he didn't ask for a budget before giving a quote (not an estimate). The price was cheaper than any kitchen place, and they were doing much more for the work. They managed to meet the schedule they set. And he also got us a discount on the tiles we bought.

He ran into a couple of problems (the floor wasn't anywhere near as level as we thought, and a gas pipe underneath was a tad illegal) but he let us know about it, the change to the schedule, gave us a cost of fixing them (minimal) and fixed the problems without fuss" West Newington Place
